Services Jays Design24 provides graphic design services, including but not limited to brand identity design, website design, product packaging design, photo editing, and marketing materials design as well as traditional art form such as drawing and painting. The scope, timeline, and pricing for our services are outlined in individual project agreements or contracts.

2. Intellectual Property All designs, concepts, and materials created by Jays Design24 are owned by Jays Design24 until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. However, Jays Design24 retains the right to showcase these materials in its portfolio and marketing efforts, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and feedback to Jays Design24 to complete the project. Failure to provide timely feedback or information may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Payment Terms Payment terms, including pricing, payment schedule, and methods, will be outlined in individual project agreements. Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in project delays, additional fees, or termination of the project. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Project Changes and Revisions Jays Design24 allows a reasonable number of revisions as agreed upon in the project contract. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur additional fees. Significant changes to the project scope after the project has begun may also result in additional charges.

6. Confidentiality Jays Design24 respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without the client's consent. However, this obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, obtained from third parties, or required by law to be disclosed.

7. Liability Jays Design24 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all content provided to Jays Design24.

8. Termination Either party may terminate the project agreement for any reason with written notice. If the client terminates the project, Jays Design24 is entitled to payment for work completed up to the termination date. Any materials or designs completed by Jays Design24 prior to termination remain the property of Jays Design24 until full payment is received.

9. Governing Law These Terms and any project agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or project agreements will be resolved in the courts.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions Jays Design24 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website. By continuing to use our services or website, you agree to the updated Terms.
